How to place an order:

1.  Electronically, using order form on the web-site. To place an order electronically you must be register on our web-site. Electronic orders can be placed 00-24.

2. By phone 67279010, 22059999. Phone orders can be placed on Work days from 10:00 – 19:00 and 10:00 – 17:00 on Saturday.

We will contact you to confirm the order after it has been placed.

If you were unable to find the product on our web-site that you have seen before then it means that is sold out, reserved or currently out of stock.

If you didn’t find your size then it means that the product of this size is already has been purchased by other customer.

Because of that we are recommend to confirm your order as soon as possible.

The order is reserved for 24 hours before the payment is received.

- by courier, at the indicated address - 2.90 EUR

- to the "Latvijas Pasts" branch specified by the client - 2.50 EUR

- to the "Omniva" pakomat indicated by the client - 2.00 EUR

3. Delivery of goods throughout the rest of Latvia:

- by courier, at the indicated address - 4.30 EUR

- to the "Latvijas Pasts" branch specified by the client - 3.50 EUR

- to the "Omniva" pakomat indicated by the client - 2.90 EUR

4. Delivery of goods throughout Lithuania and Estonia:

- by courier, at the indicated address - 5.50 EUR

- to the "Omniva" pakomat indicated by the client - 4.50 EUR

5. Delivery of goods to other countries:

- according to the rates of "Express Pasts"

Payment methods:

1. Money transfer (by invoice, after confirmation of the product availability by the manager);

2. With the ATM card over the internet;

3. Cash on delivery by the courier (within Latvian territory);

4. Cash payment, if your order will be delivered to the "Latvijas Pasts" post-office;

5. You can use leasing services.

Cash On Delivery” payment method using "Latvijas Pasts" or "Express Pasts" (within Latvia only) will include additional hadeling cost of 1.75 EUR for transaction fees.

Exchange and return policy:

The merchandise can be exchanged or returned within 14 days after receiving of it.

Shipping cost is not included when returning the product.

You must contact us via phone or e-mail before returning the merchandise.

Underwear and items purchased on SALE cannot be returned. 

Only unused, undamaged merchandise in the original packing can be exchanged or returned. 

Customer is responsible for keeping the merchandise in a mint condition during the return period.

Customer must have all supporting documents and proof of purchase of the merchandise.

Money refund is done using the same method that was used for payment. 

The refund is issued only to the person who has purchased the merchandise within 15 days after receiving it back.
